New Homes
Q: How long does it take to get a home set-up?
A: This depends on your site and if it is ordered out, but we can set up in as little as one week, however order outs may take 4-8 weeks.

Q: Can I put a HUD home on a basement?
A: Yes, any of our homes can be made basement ready.

Q: Can I put a manufactured home in my community?
A: We carry HUD homes, and Modular homes. The Modular are classified the same as a stick/site built home. The HUD homes depend on your local zoning. Come talk to us and we can follow up on your area.

Used Homes
Q: Why would I want to look at used homes?
A: Most used homes are already set up and you can move in immediately, and they will generally have decks and landscaping already done.

Q: How long will a home last?
A: That of course depends on the maintenance. Most of our used homes have been remodeled and updated, and should give you many years of trouble free living.

Q: Can I move a used home?
A: Yes. Single wides are relatively easy to move, and not too expensive. Double wides however are expensive, generally it is better to leave them alone, and pick out a new site for your new home.

Q: If I build a new house who will be my general contractor?
A: We deal every day with the contractors in our area, and are proud to offer prompt quality service all the way through the project.

Q: Do I need permits to start a project?
A: Yes. The permits required vary from park to park and town to town.

Q: What will slow down the project the most?
A: Permits can slow a project down sometimes. Most townships hold meetings only once a month. Also weather conditions can delay a project.
