The business has been located here since 1970 and is owned and operated by  Jim Loechler since 1989 when the name was changed to Blackhawk Home Sales, Inc.

For the past 15 years we have been the number one Skyline dealer in a five state area. On average we have 50 new models to choose from.

We are proud to offer only high quality Skyline products available with all drywall and 5/12 pitch roofs. We believe that these homes look better, last longer, and have a higher resale value than most other homes on the market.
